I recently asked Katherine to write the copy for a website, after hearing her speak passionately about writing copy at a networking event. Katherine completely understood what information to include and what tone of voice to use, and was excellent at communicating with both myself and the client throughout the process, sending us both drafts to look at. This really helped me as I could work on the design knowing what I had to work with before it was finished. She even used my preliminary designs to suggest ways to split the copy up which was more than I’d expected and just shows how much thought Katherine gave to the process.
